The Scorekeepers are a huge part of the tradition of LBYBA! 

• Scorekeepers 10 and older may serve Bronco and Mustang games at Artesian and Mawman fields.
• Scorekeepers are required to focus on the game (limit phone use please), record the score accurately, then report the score to the scorekeeper coordinator.
• Games are scheduled for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings/afternoons.
• There is be a sign-up system to reserve the dates that to scorekeep for the season.
• The pay is $20/game.

Scorekeeping is a fantastic tradition in LBYBA and we appreciate your help. Once registered, please go to the DIB Calendar and sign up to score games. (Link to Actual Dib Calendar: https://www.lakebluffbaseball.com/dib_sessions/show/52474)

You may sign up for a maximum of 15 Regular Season Games. Playoff and Travel Games will be added later in the season.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the game. The numbers for the scoreboard are in the metal storage bins behind home plate. A coach will unlock the bin for you.

This is a paid job and we would like you do your best! Please be attentive to the game. Parents, players, coaches and umpires look at the scoreboard for accuracy. Remain at the scoreboard during the game.

In order to be marked “complete” you will need to email the final score or send a picture of the final scoreboard to the Scorekeeper Administrator, Ashley Corsten at ashleycorsten@gmail.com. Please include the date of the game, location, and the teams played in your email.

The rate is $20 per game. If you want to score a game with a friend, you may do so, and split the $20. Please let Mrs. Corsten know if that is your intention in the email. You will be paid for all the games completed at the end of the House Season (mid June).
